    Yes. We're fully licensed and government-registered. Our IATA accreditation number is 42337956, which you can verify directly on the IATA website. We're also registered with ATAB (membership #4298) and hold Civil Aviation License #0007726.

  • What services do you offer?

    We handle everything related to travel:

    Think of us as your one-stop travel partner. Most customers use us for multiple services — for example, booking a Thailand tour that includes visa processing, flights, hotels, and transfers all handled together.

    Once you pick an option, you pay (bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, card, or cash) and receive your e-ticket via WhatsApp and email within minutes.

  • Is booking through you more expensive than booking directly with the airline?

    No. Because we have IATA accreditation, we access the exact same fares as airline websites. There's no markup on our end.

  • Which airlines can you book?

    All major airlines departing from Bangladesh — over 50 carriers total. This includes:

  • Can I hold a ticket without paying?

    Yes, for most airlines. Holds typically last 24-72 hours depending on the fare type. Unlike some agencies that charge ৳5,000-10,000 for this, we do it free. Airlines don't charge us for holds, so we don't charge you.

  • How do I know my ticket is real?

    Every ticket comes with a PNR (booking reference) number. To verify, go to your airline's website, click "Manage Booking," and enter your PNR and last name. If your booking shows up, it's genuine.

    We also send tickets from official airline email systems, plus our own confirmation.

  • What if my flight gets cancelled?

    Call or WhatsApp us immediately at +880 1713-289178. We'll work on rebooking you on the next available flight. During major disruptions (like the Eid 2024 Emirates cancellation), we've rebooked customers within an hour while they were still at the airport.

  • What documents do I need for a visa?

    It varies by country, but common requirements include:

    • Valid passport (usually 6+ months validity with blank pages)
    • Recent passport photos meeting embassy specifications
    • Bank statements showing 6+ months of transaction history
    • Proof of employment or business
    • Travel itinerary (flights, hotels)
    • Travel insurance (required for Schengen)

  • Why do visa applications get rejected?

    Based on thousands of applications we've seen, the most common reasons are:

    1. No travel history — Applying for UK or Canada with a fresh passport
    2. Suspicious bank statements — Large deposits right before application
    3. Incomplete documents — Missing papers or using outdated forms
    4. Generic cover letters — Templates copied from the internet

  • What happens if my visa is rejected?

    Embassy fees are non-refundable — they keep them regardless of outcome. Our service fee covers work already completed (document preparation, form filling, etc.), so that's also non-refundable.

    However, if rejection was due to an error on our part (rare), we'll assist with reapplication at no additional service charge. Either way, we analyze why the rejection happened and advise on next steps.

  • I was rejected before. Can you help?

    Possibly. Contact our senior visa consultant Bablu directly at +880 1713-289175. He has over 10 years of experience and has processed 3,000+ visas, including many reapplication cases.

    He'll review your previous rejection, assess what went wrong, and advise whether reapplying now makes sense or whether you should wait and strengthen your case first.

  • Do you process work visas?

    No. We only handle tourist, business, medical, student, and Umrah visas. If someone offers you a work visa using goFLY's name, it's a scam.

  • What about India visa or transit visa?

    Indian transit visas for Bangladeshi passport holders are currently restricted. We're not processing Indian transit visas at this time. Medical visas may be available — contact us to discuss your specific situation.

    No. The price we quote is the price you pay. We don't add booking fees, service charges, or processing fees.

    The only separate costs are embassy fees for visas (paid directly to the embassy/visa center) — and we always disclose these upfront before you commit to anything.

  • What's your refund policy?

    It depends on the service:

    Flights: Per airline fare rules. Some tickets are refundable with a fee, others are non-refundable. We explain this before you book.

    Tours:

    • 30+ days before departure: 90% refund
    • 15-29 days: 70% refund
    • 7-14 days: 50% refund
    • Less than 7 days: No refund

    Visas: Our service fee is non-refundable once work begins. Embassy fees are always non-refundable.
