No. Our IATA accreditation gives us direct access to the exact same fares as airline websites. There is no markup on our end.

Can I hold a ticket without paying?
Yes, for most airlines — holds typically last 24–72 hours depending on fare type. Some agencies charge ৳5,000–৳10,000 for this. We do it free. Airlines don't charge us for holds, so we don't charge you.
Just WhatsApp your route and preferred flight — we'll hold it while you confirm with family or finalize plans. No card required.
How do I verify my ticket is real?
Every ticket comes with a PNR (booking reference) number. To verify:
- Go to the airline's official website
- Click "Manage Booking" or "Check My Trip"
- Enter your PNR and last name
- If your flight shows up — it's genuine ✓
We also send tickets from official airline email systems, plus a separate confirmation via WhatsApp and email.
What if my flight gets cancelled?
WhatsApp or call us immediately at +880 1713-289178. We'll start rebooking on the next available flight right away.
During the Eid 2024 Emirates cancellation, we rebooked customers within 45 minutes — while they were still at the airport. Our WhatsApp is monitored for urgent travel issues even outside office hours.

Embassy fees are separate — paid directly to the embassy/visa center, never through us. We disclose the full cost before you commit. All our visa services can be paid via EMI.
What documents do I need for a visa?
Requirements vary by country. Common documents include:

Do you process work visas?

What about India visa or transit visa?
