We have been to the places we sell
goFLY Limited is an IATA-certified travel agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Every photograph on this site was taken by our founder on a real trip. We do not use stock images — we would rather show you what we have actually seen.
And we do not only sell the view. Visa complications, a flight that changes at the last minute, a hospital appointment abroad that runs a week longer than planned — a team of 11 in Dhanmondi handles those too. That is why 70% of our customers come back.

IATA-accredited, not a reseller
Accreditation #42337956 gives us direct access to airline systems, so your ticket is issued the same way the airline counter issues it. Most agencies in Dhaka buy from an IATA agency and add a markup on top. You pay the airline fare.
We say no to weak visa cases
If a profile is not strong enough we tell you before you pay us anything, because a refusal costs you the embassy fee and marks your passport. Is goFLY a licensed travel agency in Bangladesh?
Yes. goFLY Limited is IATA-accredited (IATA 42337956), a member of ATAB (4298), and licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB 0007726). We have operated from Dhanmondi, Dhaka since 2017.
Which airlines can goFLY issue tickets on?
As an IATA-accredited agency we ticket 35+ airlines flying from Bangladesh — including Emirates, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, Air Arabia, Biman Bangladesh, US-Bangla, IndiGo, Singapore Airlines and Malaysia Airlines. We are an independent agency, not an airline sales office, so we can compare fares across carriers on your route rather than sell just one.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No — and no honest agency can. The decision always rests with the embassy or high commission. What we do is prepare the strongest possible file. Our approval rates reflect that: Malaysia 98%, Thailand, Singapore and Dubai around 95%, and Schengen, UK, Canada, Australia and USA around 90%.
How much does visa processing cost at goFLY?
Our service fee depends on the difficulty of the file. Straightforward destinations such as Malaysia, Thailand and Nepal are roughly BDT 5,000–8,000. Dubai and Singapore are roughly BDT 6,000–10,000. Complex files such as Schengen, UK and Canada are roughly BDT 12,000–20,000. Embassy and centre fees are separate and charged at cost.
Can I pay for a booking in instalments?
Yes. goFLY offers EMI through 29+ partner banks via SSLCOMMERZ, with tenors from 3 to 36 months on bookings of BDT 5,000 or more. You can split the cost of tickets, tours and Umrah packages.
What are your office hours?
Our office at 1 Shukrabad Road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka is open Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed on Friday. We do not claim 24/7 availability — but if something goes wrong while you are already travelling, message our WhatsApp line and we respond as quickly as we can.
Does goFLY arrange medical travel?
Yes — we handle the travel side of medical trips to India (Kolkata, Chennai and Delhi) and Thailand, where we coordinate with hospitals including Bumrungrad and Bangkok Hospital. We are a travel agency, not a hospital or a referral service: we do not recommend doctors and we take no commission from any hospital. You choose the hospital; we handle the visa file, the flights, attendant tickets and flexible returns.
