- Agencies gave wrong transit visa information — customers got stranded at airports
- Hidden charges appeared after booking
- Phones went unanswered during emergencies
- Visa applications were submitted carelessly, leading to preventable rejections
- Agencies disappeared when problems arose
These weren't exceptions. They were the norm.
