Hello, I booked 2 DAC-CMB-DAC tickets through a travel agency and they sent me copy of e-tickets. However the tickets don’t state any PNR no. The agency informed me that the ticket reservation status can be tracked through Confirmation No. and Reservation No. as stated in the ticket copy. But I could not check my itinerary in your official website using any of these numbers. Please let me know how I can do it.
I called Dhaka Office contact no. But nobody is picking up.
Will your office be open tomorrow ?
Hi! I cannot contact Dhaka Office.
Confusion regarding luggage allowance, web check in not working, and PNR number not showing on documents provided to me.
Also, is tonight’s flight active? I tried to check status it showed cancelled which is annoying because I paid for my tickets already you know.
Please send your ticket to our e-mail goflybd@gmail.com
I am trying to contact with Thai Lion Dhaka office, but nobody pick the phone. Is there any other contact number to communicate with them?
