Hello, I booked 2 DAC-CMB-DAC tickets through a travel agency and they sent me copy of e-tickets. However the tickets don’t state any PNR no. The agency informed me that the ticket reservation status can be tracked through Confirmation No. and Reservation No. as stated in the ticket copy. We have a great desire for a family trip to Thailand. As for we purchased 3 tickets on 17 January. And Schedule will May 22, DAC to Bangkok. Again return on 28 may, Bangkok to DAC. But due Covid 19 now all travels are stand still and for safety we should not travel now. The airlines also stop flying. Now I wand to cancel my ticket.
