The submission window is the narrow one, so a late-morning arrival can cost you the day. Public holidays in Bangladesh and in South Korea both close the counter, and those dates are announced separately — ring 09606 777156 the day before you travel to Dhaka for it.
Worth Knowing Before You Go
- KVAC began operating on 2 September 2026. Ordinary visa applications and passport collection moved here from the embassy counter, so guides written before that date send people to the wrong address.
- A centre service fee of BDT 2,150 is charged at submission, on top of the visa fee. This is the operator's own published figure as of 30 September 2026 — confirm it when you book, because service fees get revised.
- Diplomatic and official visas are still handled by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea directly, not here.
- Every applicant must complete the e-Form online before the appointment — the embassy has made this compulsory for all visa categories.
What the Centre Does — and What It Does Not
- It accepts your completed application and supporting documents, takes the fee, and returns the passport.
- It does not decide your visa. That is for the Korean embassy to decide, and the centre cannot influence or speed it up.
- It does not fill your form or judge whether your documents are strong enough before you queue.
goFLY prepares and checks your South Korea file before you go — the e-Form, cover letter, itinerary, confirmed air ticket booking, hotel bookings, bank statement and employer papers. Most refusals from Bangladesh come from a thin or inconsistent file, not from the counter. Bring us the file first — WhatsApp 01713-289176.
