1. Definitions

In these Terms, unless context requires otherwise:

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services independently. Persons under 18 may use our services only through a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms.

2.2 Legal Capacity

By using our services, you represent that:

  • You have legal capacity to enter binding contracts
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are not prohibited from using our services under any applicable law

2.3 Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your credentials
  • All activities under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

5. Booking and Confirmation

5.2 When is a Booking Confirmed?

A booking is confirmed only when ALL of these occur:

  1. ✅ Payment received and cleared
  2. ✅ Supplier confirms availability
  3. ✅ You receive written confirmation with a booking reference number

⚠️ Important: Verbal confirmations or “hold” reservations are NOT final bookings.

5.3 Accuracy of Information

You must ensure all booking information is accurate and matches your passport exactly:

  • Full name (as on passport)
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Passport number and expiry date
  • Nationality
  • Contact details

⚠️ Warning: Incorrect information may result in:

  • Boarding denial
  • Visa rejection
  • Correction fees (৳500 – ৳10,000+)
  • Booking cancellation without refund

goFLY is not liable for errors in customer-provided information.

5.4 Special Requests

Special requests (meals, seats, wheelchair, etc.) are communicated to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed.


6. Payment Terms

Note: goFLY charges 0% interest. Bank interest rates apply separately.

6.4 Service Fees

Our service fees are non-refundable and cover:

  • Booking processing
  • Professional consultation
  • Document verification
  • Customer support

6.5 Price Validity

Quoted prices are valid only at quotation time. Prices may change due to:

  • Airline/hotel rate fluctuations
  • Tax or fuel surcharge changes
  • Currency variations
  • Availability changes

8. Flight Booking Terms

8.1 Ticket Validity

  • Tickets subject to airline terms
  • E-tickets sent to your registered email
  • Check validity period on your ticket

9.3 Your Responsibilities

You must:

  • ✅ Follow our guidance

10. Tour Package Terms

10.1 What’s Included

Standard packages typically include:

  • Hotel accommodation (as specified)
  • Airport transfers
  • Ground transportation
  • Guided sightseeing
  • Entrance fees (as listed)
  • Meals (as specified)

Package types:

  • “Land Only” = Excludes flights
  • “With Air” = Includes flights

10.2 What’s Excluded

Unless specified, packages exclude:

  • Personal expenses
  • Meals not listed
  • Travel insurance
  • Tips and gratuities
  • Optional activities
  • Visa fees (unless stated)
  • Excess baggage

10.3 Itinerary Changes

We may modify itineraries due to:

  • Weather or safety concerns
  • Supplier issues
  • Force majeure

Equivalent alternatives provided where possible.

10.4 Hotel Standards

  • Star ratings follow local destination standards
  • Room allocation at hotel’s discretion
  • Check-in: ~2-3 PM; Check-out: ~11 AM-12 PM
  • Early/late requests may incur charges

10.5 Group Tours

  • Minimum group size may apply
  • If not met: Full refund or alternative dates offered
  • Solo travelers may pay single supplement

11. Customer Responsibilities

11.1 Travel Documents

You are responsible for:

  • ✅ Valid passport (6+ months validity)
  • ✅ Visas for destination and transit countries
  • ✅ Booking confirmations
  • ✅ Health/vaccination documents
  • ✅ Travel insurance documents

11.2 Health

  • Check vaccination requirements
  • Carry medications with prescriptions
  • Disclose conditions affecting travel
  • Get travel insurance with medical coverage

11.3 Legal Compliance

  • Follow destination laws and customs
  • Comply with airline regulations
  • Don’t carry prohibited items
  • Respect local traditions

11.4 Conduct

  • Behave respectfully with all service providers
  • Don’t engage in illegal activities
  • Follow guide/staff instructions

We may refuse service or terminate arrangements for misconduct, with no refund.


12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Our Role

goFLY acts as an intermediary arranging services from third-party suppliers. We are NOT the actual provider of flights, hotels, visas, or tours.

12.2 What We’re Not Liable For

12.5 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Medical emergencies
  • Evacuation
  • Lost baggage
  • Flight delays

13. Force Majeure

13.1 Definition

Events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics/epidemics
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest
  • Government actions (travel bans, closures)
  • Strikes
  • Major system failures

13.2 Effect

Neither party liable for non-performance due to force majeure.

13.3 Our Response

During force majeure, we will:

  • Inform you promptly
  • Offer alternatives where possible
  • Assist with rebooking per supplier policies
  • Process refunds as suppliers allow

14. Intellectual Property

14.1 Ownership

All website content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to goFLY Limited, protected by Bangladesh and international copyright laws.

18.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and EMI Policy, constitute the complete agreement.

18.3 Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision doesn’t waive our right to enforce it later.

18.4 Assignment

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to a successor entity.

18.5 Electronic Communications

By providing contact details, you consent to receive:
