Saudi Visa from Bangladesh — Key Facts
- 1-year multiple entry Umrah visa: BDT 23,000 per person through goFLY — valid 365 days, with a cumulative stay of up to 90 days across the whole year, not 90 days per visit.
- Umrah is permitted, but every entry needs a Nusuk service package from an approved provider plus a fresh Umrah permit.
- Umrah visa: BDT 19,000 per person — goFLY files it for a 14-day journey, with a return air ticket inside that window.
- Issued electronically — nothing is stamped into your passport.
- Not activated during the Hajj season (1 Dhul Qi’dah – 13 Dhul Hijjah). Hajj is never permitted on a visit or Umrah visa.
- Handled by goFLY Limited, IATA #42337956, ATAB #4298, CAAB #0007726 — Dhanmondi, Dhaka, serving travellers since 2017.
Service Scope
goFLY Limited — a trusted visa processing agency in Bangladesh — arranges the Saudi 1-year multiple entry visa and the dedicated Umrah visa for Bangladeshi passport holders, and can build the whole trip around it: return flights from Dhaka, hotels in Makkah and Madinah, ground transport and insurance. Both are issued electronically, so nothing is stamped into your passport.
Both carry a year of validity, so the choice is not about buying one visa or two — it is about how your days are counted. goFLY files the Umrah visa for a 14-day journey, with a return air ticket inside that window. Saudi Arabia’s multiple-entry Umrah visa runs for 365 days against a 90-day total balance: you may come and go, but the days you spend add up and the balance never resets. Umrah is permitted on both, and neither permits Hajj.
Hajj — Hajj runs on Bangladesh's national quota through the Ministry of Religious Affairs and needs a dedicated Hajj visa. No visit or Umrah visa permits Hajj.
Employment / work visas — these require an employer's sponsorship through separate channels.
Iqama or residency transfers — handled inside Saudi Arabia by the sponsor.
Entry during the Hajj season — the multiple-entry Umrah visa is not activated from 1 Dhul Qi’dah to 13 Dhul Hijjah.

Umrah Visa vs the 1-Year Multiple Entry Umrah Visa
Both are Umrah visas and both are issued electronically. What differs is how your days are counted and what has to be arranged before each entry.
| Umrah visa | 1-year multiple entry | |
|---|---|---|
| goFLY price | BDT 19,000 per person | BDT 23,000 per person |
| Validity | Confirmed when your file is opened | 365 days |
| How the stay is counted | goFLY files a 14-day journey | 90 days cumulative across the whole year — the balance never resets |
| Return ticket at filing | Required, inside the 14-day window | Not tied to a fixed window |
| Needed for every entry | Nusuk-compliant hotel booking reference | Nusuk service package from an approved provider |
| Umrah permit | Required, via the Nusuk app | Required before each arrival |
| Umrah permitted | ✓ Yes | ✓ Yes |
| Hajj permitted | ✗ No | ✗ No — and not activated during the Hajj season |
The 90 days on the multiple entry visa are a total for the year, not a fresh 90 days on every trip. Spend 60 days on your first journey and 30 remain for the next eleven months. Anyone who tells you otherwise — or tells you this visa needs no bookings at all — has not read the rules. Tell goFLY how many journeys you are planning and roughly how long, and we will work out which visa costs you less before you pay anything.
Performing Umrah on the 1-Year Multiple Entry Visa
Umrah is permitted. Saudi Arabia’s multiple-entry Umrah visa is valid for 365 days from issuance and lets you enter the Kingdom several times in that year, with a cumulative stay of up to 90 days. The days you spend are deducted from that balance and it does not reset, so plan your journeys against what is left before you book flights.
Holding the visa is only part of it. For every entry you must buy a service package from an approved provider on the Nusuk platform — and the package cannot run longer than the days left on your visa — and you must obtain a fresh Umrah permit through the Nusuk app before you arrive. The Rawdah permit in Madinah is booked separately, also through Nusuk. goFLY arranges the package, the hotel and the permits for each journey so you are not doing this yourself from Dhaka.
Hajj is never permitted on this or any other visit or Umrah visa — Hajj needs a dedicated Hajj visa under Bangladesh’s national quota. And this visa is not activated during the Hajj season, from the first of Dhul Qi’dah to the 13th of Dhul Hijjah, so do not plan an entry inside that window on it.
Saudi Visa Fees from Bangladesh
| Service | goFLY price (per person) |
|---|---|
| Saudi 1-year multiple entry Umrah visa | BDT 23,000 |
| Umrah visa — 14-day journey | BDT 19,000 |
| Complete Umrah package — visa + flights + Makkah/Madinah hotels + transport | From BDT 1,45,000 — see Umrah packages |
Prices are per traveller and are confirmed when your file is opened, because Saudi government fees, the mandatory insurance and Nusuk package rates all change. The Nusuk service package required for each entry, flights and hotels are priced separately unless you take a full package.
What we quote is what you pay. If a Saudi fee changes between your quote and your filing, we show you the change before we file, not after.
Validity, Entries & Stay
- Validity: 365 days from the date of issuance.
- Entries: multiple — you may enter Saudi Arabia more than once while the visa is valid.
- Maximum stay: 90 days in total across the whole year, counted cumulatively. It is not 90 days on each visit.
- Every entry: a service package bought from an approved provider on Nusuk, whose duration cannot exceed the days remaining on your visa, plus a fresh Umrah permit from the Nusuk app.
- On departure: the visa is deactivated and reactivates on your next entry if the requirements are met again.
- Hajj season: the visa is not activated from 1 Dhul Qi’dah to 13 Dhul Hijjah.
- Not extendable in-country: overstaying carries Saudi fines and a future entry ban.
Issuance, entries, validity and permitted stay are always at the discretion of the Saudi authorities and are printed on the visa itself. Read your visa the day it arrives and check the dates against your ticket before you fly.
Document Checklist
Exact requirements are confirmed for your case when your file is opened. The standard set is:
- Passport — valid at least 6 months from your intended entry, in clean condition, with 2 or more blank pages
- Recent photographs — white background, face clearly visible, taken within the last 6 months
- National ID (NID) copy
- Confirmed return air ticket and accommodation details
- Meningococcal (ACWY) vaccine certificate — taken at least 10 days before arrival, required for Umrah pilgrims
- For women and children — documents establishing family relationship, where the Saudi channel asks for them
WhatsApp a clear photo of your passport's data page to 01713-289179 before anything else. We read the name and date of birth off the passport itself, exactly as printed. A name typed from memory is the single most common reason a traveller is stopped at the airport.
What This Visa Does Not Allow
- Hajj — needs a dedicated Hajj visa under Bangladesh’s quota, through the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
- Entry during the Hajj season — the multiple-entry Umrah visa is not activated from 1 Dhul Qi’dah to 13 Dhul Hijjah.
- More than 90 days in the Kingdom across the year — the balance is cumulative and does not reset on a new entry.
- Travelling without a Nusuk package — every entry needs one, bought from an approved provider.
- Employment of any kind — paid work on a visit visa is a serious offence in Saudi Arabia.
- Residency (Iqama) — arranged inside Saudi Arabia by an employer or sponsor, not from here.

Common Mistakes
- Reading the 90 days as 90 days per trip. It is a total for the year. Spend 60 days on the first journey and 30 are left for the next eleven months.
- Assuming the multiple entry visa needs no bookings. Every entry needs a Nusuk service package and a fresh Umrah permit.
- Planning an entry inside the Hajj season. The visa is not activated from 1 Dhul Qi’dah to 13 Dhul Hijjah.
- Assuming the visa books the Umrah. It does not. The Nusuk permit and the Rawdah slot are separate, and they run out in Ramadan.
- Thinking the day limit is negotiable. It is not. Overstay means a fine and a future entry ban.
- Believing an agency that says Hajj is possible on a visit visa. It is not, in any year, on any visit visa.
- Giving the name from memory instead of the passport. Any mismatch between passport and ticket stops you at check-in.
- Leaving the ACWY vaccine to the last week. The certificate must be at least 10 days old at arrival.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Saudi Arabia's multiple-entry Umrah visa is valid for 365 days from issuance and allows several entries during that year. The limit is on total time in the Kingdom, not on performing Umrah. Hajj is not permitted on this visa, and the visa is not activated during the Hajj season.
Up to 90 days in total across the whole year, not 90 days on every visit. The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah describes it as a cumulative stay of up to 90 days over the visa's 365-day validity, so if you use 60 days on your first journey, 30 days remain for the rest of the year. Plan your trips against that balance before you book flights.
Yes. Every visit requires a service package purchased from an approved provider on the Nusuk platform, and the package cannot run longer than the days left on your visa. You also need a fresh Umrah permit from the Nusuk app before each arrival. Anyone who tells you this visa needs no bookings at all is mistaken. goFLY arranges the Nusuk package, the hotel and the permit for each of your journeys.
It is issued electronically. Nothing is stamped into your passport, and your passport does not have to be sent away for stamping. Print the approval and carry it with your passport, and keep a copy on your phone.
Usually not. Bangladesh is not on Saudi Arabia's self-service tourist e-Visa list. A Bangladeshi passport holder qualifies for that route only with a valid United Kingdom, United States or Schengen visa that has been used at least once, or with GCC residency valid for at least three more months. Everyone else applies through an authorised channel or in person at the Saudi visa centre. Tell goFLY which visas you already hold and we will tell you honestly which route is open to you.
Through goFLY the 1-year multiple entry visa is BDT 23,000 per person and the Umrah visa is BDT 19,000 per person. Both are per traveller and are confirmed when your file is opened, because Saudi government fees, the mandatory insurance and Nusuk package rates all change. The Nusuk service package for each entry, flights and hotels are priced separately.
Through goFLY the Umrah visa is filed for a 14-day journey and a return air ticket inside that window must be shown. The 1-year multiple entry visa lets you come and go across 365 days against a 90-day total balance. Both permit Umrah, neither permits Hajj, and both require Nusuk-compliant accommodation and an Umrah permit for the journey. Which one is cheaper depends entirely on how many times you expect to travel and for how long, so tell us your plan and we will work it out with you rather than guess.
No. Hajj requires a dedicated Hajj visa issued under Bangladesh's national quota through the Ministry of Religious Affairs. In addition, the multiple-entry Umrah visa is not activated during the Hajj season, which runs from the first of Dhul Qi'dah to the 13th of Dhul Hijjah, so do not plan an entry inside that window on this visa.
Saudi Arabia requires a valid meningococcal ACWY certificate from pilgrims, taken at least 10 days before arrival. Carry the printed certificate with your passport. Health requirements are set by the Saudi Ministry of Health and can change, so confirm before you travel.
No. Every traveller, including children, needs a visa in their own name and a passport valid for at least 6 months. goFLY can file a family's applications together so the approvals arrive at the same time.
No. Employment visas require an employer's sponsorship through separate channels. goFLY handles the Saudi visit and 1-year multiple entry visa, the Umrah visa, and complete Umrah packages including flights, hotels and transport.
