"Last month went there to buy one ticket because international credit card was not working. At first they showed ticket price 72000 taka, then later while buying showed 77000 taka. Then on the next day, without my consent they charged 79600 on my domestic credit card stating ticket price increased. When I called them they behaved very rudely. I don't recommend this agency."

"Probably the best travel agent in Dhaka. Their service is good. But one problem — there are no front receptionist. I just stood there for 5 mins and no one attended to me.

To provide more quality service they should hire a front receptionist to welcome people who comes to office.

All over staff are very friendly, specially thanks to Adiba and Mimi Apu."

"Got nice service from here. I have been issued Malaysian visa from them. Service process was very easy. And I lock on the price exactly you see online. They provides without any extra charge.

I still yet to finish whole process, that's why I haven't given them 5*."
